Chris Miller, President
Chris Miller is the President of Carolina Foundation Solutions. He has been active with the company since 2003 and officially joined the staff in 2008. Chris holds an associate’s degree in building construction management and technology.
Brittany Cates, Sales Manager
Brittany Cates is the Sales Manager for Carolina Foundation Solutions and joined the staff in 2017. Cates holds a bachelor’s degree from Greensboro College and has previous management experience working for a music and arts retail store. While there, Cates oversaw customer service, sales, and educational event planning.
Robyn McAdams, Controller
Robyn McAdams is the controller of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2017. McAdams previously worked as a Payroll and Benefits Team Leader at Hospice & Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell. She has over 20 years of administrative and financial accounting experience. McAdams is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Clinton Ross, Operations Manager
Clinton Ross is the Operations Manager of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2017. Ross previously was a crew leader in the company. Ross is a United States Navy veteran with a multitude of customer service experience from various industries, including aviation, auto, and textile.
Nate Robinson, Operations Manager
Nate Robinson is the Operations Manager of Carolina Foundation Solutions. Nate has extensive experience in operations and production management.
John Warner, Construction Operations Supervisor
John Warner is the Construction Operations Supervisor of Carolina Foundation Solutions and has been a team member since 2011. Warner previously held several roles in the company as a crew member and then crew leader. He has worked in the foundation repair industry since 2005 and is a CHANCE-certified installer.
