Chet Miller, President/Owner
Chet Miller is the president and owner of Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC. He created the company in 2016 and has been active in day-to-day operations since inception. Chet holds a bachelor’s degree and is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Management Program. He has an extensive background in the concrete industry serving previously as CFO and CEO of various companies. Chet is president of the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina, is a member of CHANCE Contractors Council and is a past board member of the Carolina Ready Mixed Concrete Association.
Chris Miller, Vice-President/Co-Owner
Chris Miller is the son of Chet Miller and Vice President of Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC. Chris holds an associate’s degree in building construction management and technology. He is an active member of the Helical Pier Association, Carolina Association of General Contractors and the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina.
Gary McLamb, General Manager
Gary McLamb is the General Manager of Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC. Previously, he served in a variety of positions including sales consultant, area manager and controller at Unicon Concrete, LLC. Gary is an active member of the Helical Pier Association, Carolina Association of General Contractors and the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina.
Robyn McAdams, Controller
Robyn McAdams is the controller of Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC and has been a member of the team since 2017. Previously, McAdams was employed at Hospice & Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell as a Payroll and Benefits Team Leader. She has over 20 years of administrative and financial accounting experience. McAdams is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
James Baston, Operations Manager
James Baston is the Operations Manager of Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC and has been a member of the team since 2019. Baston has extensive experience in warehouse operations and production management. He also brings construction industry experience as a former site foreman with Grady Concrete and Construction. Baston has an Associate of Arts degree from Forsyth Technical Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Winston Salem State University.
Michael Hernandez, Director of Marketing
Michael is the Director of Marketing for Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC. And has been with us since 2021. Michael previously worked at Aurther Elliot where he served as a Creative Brand Manager. He has a bachelor's degree in sociology from Appalachian State University and boasts an impressive track record in the marketing industry holding titles such as Vice President of Operations, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operations Officer throughout his career.
Kristine Harris, Technologies & Systems Coordinator
Kristine Harris is the Technology & Systems Coordinator of Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC and joined the staff in 2014. Previously, Harris was the Office Manager of the company. Harris studied computer programming at Guilford Tech Community College. She has previous operations management experience in the fitness industry. She brings excellent project management experience to the organization.
Patti McCauley, Office Manager
Patti McCauley is the Office Manager of Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC and joined the staff in 2017. McCauley studied accounting at Alamance Community College. She brings excellent customer service acumen to the organization.
Katie Miller, Office Manager
Katie Miller is the Office Manager of Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC and joined the staff in 2018. Miller graduated with a bachelor’s degree from West Coast Baptist College. She has extensive customer service and organization skills from various ministry roles she has held.
Brittany Cates, Sales Manager
Brittany Cates is the Sales Manager for Carolina Basement Solutions, LLC and joined the staff in 2017. Cates holds a bachelor’s degree from Greensboro College and has previous management experience working for a music and arts retail store, where she was responsible for overseeing customer service, sales and educational event planning.
